From August 31 to September 2, 2026, DiZNEW exhibited at Texworld Paris, presenting embroidered denim jackets, flocked denim, and our embroidery development capabilities. We brought these products to Paris to introduce the finished denim garments we can develop for independent designers, established fashion brands, and businesses built by online creators.
Designers need to preserve the character of a product while working within a realistic order quantity and launch schedule. Embroidery, material choice, and washing each introduce development decisions that affect the finished garment. Our work is to help customers connect those creative choices with a practical production plan.
Our exhibition selection introduced the creative side of DiZNEW. Behind those products are the capabilities that support our customers throughout a project: minimum orders starting from 30 pieces per style, dedicated product development, and our own denim washing factory.
Embroidered Denim Jackets and Individual Design Identity
Embroidered denim jackets were a key part of our presentation at Texworld Paris 2026. They offered a concrete example of how embroidery can become part of a garment’s identity and give a collection its own visual character.
Embroidery can carry a designer’s artwork through a collection or connect a new jacket with an established brand’s visual identity. For a creator developing a clothing line, a recognizable detail can reflect the style their audience already associates with them.
Turning that direction into a garment requires a clear development brief. Artwork size, placement, and the relationship between the embroidery and the jacket’s shape all deserve attention. At DiZNEW, we can discuss these details alongside the denim and intended finish, helping customers develop a jacket whose elements work together.
Flocked Denim and Surface Texture
Flocked denim was another focus of our exhibition selection. It opens a different direction for denim design, bringing surface texture into the development conversation alongside the garment’s shape and wash.
For a brand planning a new collection, the useful starting point is the finished product you want to create. Consider how the material should feel, how the garment should fit, and how its appearance should relate to the rest of the range. These choices give the development process a clear purpose.
Our interest in flocked denim is its application to finished garments. We work with customers to explore how a material choice can support a particular product concept. For brands selling online, close product photography can also help communicate surface details. Reviewing a physical sample remains valuable when deciding whether the overall result matches the intended collection.
Starting from 30 Pieces per Style
DiZNEW offers minimum orders starting from 30 pieces per style. This gives customers a practical starting point for developing a focused collection and testing a new design with a manageable initial inventory commitment.
Independent designers can use a smaller launch to introduce a design and learn from actual customer response. For a creator launching an e-commerce brand, an initial production run can help establish which products connect with their audience. That experience can inform decisions about future collections.
Established brands also have reasons to start small. A capsule collection, an unfamiliar wash, or a new product direction may benefit from a limited release before a larger commitment. Working with a low MOQ denim manufacturer gives a brand more flexibility in deciding how to introduce those ideas.
When you contact us, share your intended styles and approximate quantities. This helps us discuss the scope of the project and the development work involved.
Development Support for Distinctive Denim Collections
The embroidered jackets and flocked denim we presented in Paris reflect our focus on custom denim development. Our capabilities also include complex washing, distressed finishes, and denim construction, supported by a dedicated development team.
A useful project brief brings the design direction and practical requirements together. Reference images can communicate the intended look. A tech pack can define measurements and construction details. Wash references can help explain the finish you want to achieve. We can discuss your starting materials and identify the details that need further development.
For an established brand, this work supports a defined collection brief. For an independent designer or creator, it can help turn an early concept into clearer product requirements. Our role as a custom denim manufacturer is to connect that creative direction with the decisions needed to produce the garment.
Our Own Washing Factory Supports Quality and Production Planning
Washing is an important part of a denim garment’s final appearance and feel. At DiZNEW, owning our denim washing factory gives us direct control over this stage and allows us to coordinate it with development and garment production.
This structure supports closer communication about wash development and quality requirements. Our teams can coordinate the intended finish and address adjustments within the same production organization. Keeping washing closely connected to garment development helps us work toward a consistent result.
It also supports delivery planning. Washing needs to fit into the wider production schedule, including the time required for development and finishing. Having our own facility gives us more direct visibility into that stage and helps us coordinate its timing with the rest of the order.
For customers, this means a manufacturing partner with greater oversight of an important part of the denim process. Share your target launch date early so we can discuss development requirements and production timing together.
