Shipping Lead Time

DHL express shipping typically has a lead time of 3-6 days. Please note that the transit times stated are indicative and based on the fastest express air freight options provided by the shipping providers. RETURNS & REFUNDS

At DiZNEW, we are confident in our quality and take it very seriously. If you find issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Should there be any concerns about the quality of the product, please email us with your order details and high-resolution photos of the issues. If possible, providing a video would be even better. As all orders are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we can issue a credit note to cover the full cost of your order.

Shipping Insurance

For shipping, we do not buy insurance by default. In cases where shipments are missing or stuck in customs at your destination country, DiZNEW is not liable for any losses once the goods have been handed over to the shipper. We recommend that you arrange for the purchase of insurance based on your cargo invoice value to protect your goods against such force majeure occurrences.

If you prefer to make your own shipping arrangements, please note that DiZNEW will base the order on an FOB (Free on Board) basis, meaning you will be responsible for the transportation of the goods from the shipping port, as well as the export clearance of the goods to your destination. For orders shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterms, DiZNEW will handle customs clearance as well as all customs duties and fees at the destination country. For orders shipped under EXW (Ex Works) terms, you will be responsible for all shipping arrangements, including export clearance and importation at your destination. This means you will handle customs duties and any associated fees. In summary:DDP: Includes customs duties and clearance, handled by DiZNEW. WHAT ARE INCOTERMS?

WHAT ARE INCOTERMS? Incoterms, or International Commercial Terms, are trade rules set by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in international shipping. The latest version is from 2020. Key Points: Responsibility: Incoterms clarify who pays for shipping, insurance, and assumes risk. Common Terms: FOB (Free On Board): Seller delivers goods on board the ship; risk transfers at that point. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Seller pays for shipping and insurance; risk transfers when loaded. DAP (Delivered At Place): Seller delivers to a specified location, covering costs until unloading. EXW (Ex Works): Seller makes goods available at their location; buyer handles all transport and risks. Conclusion: Understanding Incoterms is crucial for smooth international trade.
